Get rid of Wallace NOW

A few more years of this could ruin our club.

If we could get a Michael Voss, or Damien Hardwick who have got real respect and toughness in the footy community, should we make a play for them. Our team needs to toughen up physically and mentally. Wallace has just been spinning us all a yarn the last few years and we've been sucking it up like fools.

We have to be honest. We are going nowhere with Wallace and he is costing us big bikkies. Let's force him to resign so he can go back to his cushy job in the media and get a real coach.

I must say the last few years I saw some light in the tunnel...but none this year.

From an outsiders perspective, you should get rid of him, though only if a worthy replacement is available. Don't waste time with an unproven coach like Voss or Hardwick. Connolly and Daniher might be available, as well as some decent assistants.

I don't think Gary March is very impressed with Wallace or our performance so far. Mark my words - Miller is on the skids, and Wallace is starting to look shaky now too.

If this continues for the rest of the year, Wallace will be removed and paid out. March has got plenty of money to do the deed.

March may come across as low key, but he's not to be messed with.

Frawley got 5 long painful years, probably 1 too many.

Carlton got what most people would say is the Best Coach second to Sheedy... ??? I think Ladely's woeful as is Clarkson and they seem to be doing ok?

Coach is not the problem. We are 2-3 experienced players short of a good list. Too many kids. Simple.

Voss maybe but he's a beginner Hardwick wait till Hawks win a FLAG, maybe

Once again you Tiges, I have to compliment that man Richo he never never
stops trying he bleeds for Richmond . I don't think I've ever seen a man suffer
for his side like Richardson, don't ever shoot him for his kicking sometimes ,
because he'll be there when the chips are down.
