Personally I'd be scrapping the CPU cooler, Blu-Ray writer, and that Wifi adapter, and upgrading the video card....... but of course it depends on what you're using it for and whether you actually need that stuff.

Cut back on the mobo, power supply and blue-ray drive

If you want to do retro console gaming, i'd be looking into a raspberry pi with retropie and just use your tv
