Haven't watched much of GWS in the second half of the year but has Giles been rucking or playing up forward? No doubt he scores better whilst in the ruck but he only had 10 hitouts on the weekend...

When Brogan's been in Giles has been up forward. However other teams have been dominating so much in the last few weeks that there have literally been fewer stoppages for Giles to contest and fewer cheap contested ruck possessions.

Ah yeah....makes sense. So really he should pump out a bigger score this week with a stronger team on the park, hopefully getting a bit more delivery into the forward line and doing the ruck work whilst he's down there. Fingers crossed!

Will J Mac get any more games this season?

I suspect he'll rotate in at some point but he's put himself pretty far down the list. I think he'd rather see the kids play it out rather than take up a spot.

hi guys,
can anyone shed any light on Tim Golds? see he's been named for his 1st game this weekend. He is Def/Mid so gives a rare rookie DPP option between these positions - could be handy in the finals.

Giles likely to play out the remain 2 games? Or Brogan likely to return for a farewell game?

Never thought I would say it but considering "downgrading" Giles to Sandilands or Mumford.

Giles big scores mostly come against sides with avg rucks so bit worried how he will go against McEvoy and Goldstein in the last 2 rounds. Also worried his points will drop if Brogan returns or even worse he might sit out the last round to give Brogan a send off match or just fall victim of your usual rotation selection policy each week.

Grand Final in both SC and DT!

Good luck (not really;)) to whoever I'm facing.

Thomas Bugg [GWS] - Season ending avg score/price SC 69.1 $324,900 DT 68.3 $300,700
Next year I hope Bugg can improve on his average, for a first year player he got a defensive tag which he struggled with. Round 13 against Melbourne. He went forward late in the season.
I'm curious to see if he becomes the floating backman who pushes forward. Potential is there?

Bugg actually played a defensive tagging role himself in most cases, which is why his scores dropped after a good start.
