Must be hurtin' *PAF... no need to rub any salt into those wounds.

I agree re Mark Williams... I don't think ive ever seen the opposition coach do that - EVER. Particularly after such a thumping like that. I missed out on all the "talk" that he apparently did during the week, and there's no doubt in my mind that (congratulating all the Geelong platers) was a face-saving exercise.

Warren Tredrea should have a good look in the mirror. He has become a big-headed buffoon whose mouth cannot match his ability.

His speech today was piss-poor and a continuation of other piss-poor non-gracious comments and speeches by Tredrea.

He should have taken his lead from his coach, who went and personally congratulated the Geelong palyers on the ground.

Well done by Choco and loser of the week award to Tredrea.

well said - Tredrea is a classless embarrassment still cashing in on past glories. Injuries and the resultant inability to perform has made him a bitter bitter man

Wow, only just managed to remove the back of my fists away from my eyes. :D
What a game, but no it doesn't really hurt, a deeper hollow feeling almost as if it was a bad dream and the game is actually to be played today.
Thems the breaks though, you dish them out but when it's time you need to take it. Yesterday was one of those times.

wrt Choco and Tredrea I think people have gone overboard with them and its been a fabrication of the media on the main.
Mooney celebrated just as vigorously as Tredrea and Chad last week (Vs Collingwood) yet the media and in particular the man who started it all Walls, focused on the Port pair only. Throw in a confident coach that had a go at mind games a la Malthouse, Matthews and we have a good story.
They are all good and wouldn't swap them for anything atm.

I recall a debate on this board a few years back when the basic theme was Choco's coaching and Macca23 and myself (we weren't the only ones either) said that he is a good learner albeit a not so fast learner, but once he gets it altogether lookout as he is one out of the box, well IMO that time is here now. :thumbsu:
Them manboobs must have been the final piece of the jigsaw puzzle, they must make the youngsters feel more at home. :D

Anyway 2007 is over (with a bang ) bring on 2008.
With trade/drafting this year we need 2 of Hardwick, Wilson, Carr or Pickett, you lot need ... well ... some players would be a good start.
WTF is going on down at the shed?
Is it finally sorted out or do we still have to wait for next week before knowing who is going and who is staying?

We are moving into a bigger more modern shed while you guys move into our old one. :D

Bad luck on the game PAF & as i say quite often "there's always next year" :thumbsu:

Seems to me that most Crows fans would prefer to see Port lose than the Crows succeed. Pretty sad but I suppose that is rivalry then isn't it!

Not really...but when its the only game in town then yes.....plus to be honest I think its the margin more than the loss.

Losing under 39 points and your dignity ( may I say your as your club is unlisted like many today ) would have been intact

I wouldn't go that far, but if you can't give your rivals a bit of stick at a time like this when can you? I know I would. :p

Having said that, there is rubbing it in and then there is rubbing it in and I do not think any AFC supporter from this board has gone to the Port board and got carried away. Top stuff all. :thumbsu:

Then again, given the way we got put over the barrel on Saturday people probably feel sorry for us, ... I am still having trouble sitting down. :D

Unlike the monotonous, emotionless, record hungry (at the expense of team success) player in your avatar?

Um most of your supporters were giving him shit for crying after his last game, that's emotion, can't have it both ways.

Was such a shame seeing, Surjan, Burgoyne etc crying on Saturday.

Oh no hang on it wasn't :D
