Ross Lyon seems as charismatic as a pile of vomit, and comes across much like how he has coached this season. His after game interview showed a man who exuded no life, he mumbled his answers and i wonder how he can be seen as a good coach. I am simply hoping that this year Geelong can play the footy they're playing now all through the season, and it would be great for footy on so many levels if our game style can be rewarded with a flag. Fans have had enough of the Sydney/Adelaide/Eagles close-checking smother-ball. The Saints should play to their strengths and let their forwards kick goals.

You would swear that this came from the St Kilda members last night. "Why can't we play that sort of running footy?" Answer is right here.

FFS. THe man didn't know how much he lost by, what the final score was, how many goals Riewaldt kicked. Every question he was asked in the post match he got wrong!!!

Has he bitten off more than he can chew? I hope not because StKilda deserve a crack. Mr Butters is looking shaky. Yet another bad appointment.

I follow the Blues and anyone who beats the stinking, cynical, code-wrecking flooding of Lyons and his front-running Saints. Well done Geelong, you're looking pretty scary.

Good point, It's time for the sydney style of footy to be swept aside for more attractive free flowing football - at the very least if a game is full of uncontested possesions you are not going to see too many contentious free kicks that decide games like the ridiculous hands in the back rule.

Carlton although not a class outfit yet are at least playing to score goals and not to flood and I hope this year an attacking team win the flag so this "dour" type of football is relegated to the archives.
