I think a lot of people with houses near Sydney district cricket grounds will be hoping he plays for NSW and Australia on a regular basis.

I know his home ground of Eastern Suburbs well and luckily there is a bank on the northern end with no houses, but the other 3 sides home owners are in peril of broken windows and roofs along with parked cars being damaged.

When he came into the one day side, it looked like he tried to play a bit straighter, more conventionally and it stuffed his game around. So now he's just gone back to thrashing the ball with the horizontal or angled bat. Whatever works.

i'm pretty sure todays match ball is already out of shape with the way he's been belting them. Marsh looks good too but just hasn't been placing them too well. Lets hope this opening pair have a long and successful carreer.

Told them they couldn't have as many boring blue seats like they do at Homebush.

I would have to disagree. I think in his first game the hype got to him and he tried to pull and hook from ball one. Today he played a lot straighter for the first few overs and worked his way into it.
