Thank you DTF yes its a good time of the year more so for me just recently semi retired.

Not sure where I sit with regard to our GF aspirations this year though (probably on the fence then).

If we can play like we did against Carlton and continue to take risks under increased pressure then maybe, however if we revert back to the way we played under pressure in the first eight weeks, then it'll be a no.

Thank you DTF. Very gracious of you. We are feeling pretty good about this year, but moreso about our prospects in the next few years.

You also have a lot to look forward to you. I anticipate that our respective teams will become great and respected rivals in the near future, forming the vanguard of a lengthy interstate dominance.

Funny thing about interstate dominance, I was born in Vic, spent a long time in SA (10+ years) (would move back to Adelaide if I could dynamite my family out of Vic) I despise all Melbourne teams. So interstate dominance is what I want to see too.
Do have a soft spot for the Cats tho

I have no problem with interstate dominance however the Weagles look to be the up-and-comers of the next few years, perhaps a season behind essendon in development. Good luck to you guys too, together we can thrash those victorian clubs!

You guys have looked really good for most the year with a very strong cross section of talented young guns.

Stranger things have happened however I don't think you will need luck to beat Essendon tomorrow night. Either way I think finals experience will do our young team the world of good.

Would love to see a game as good as the mid-year one against you guys at Etihad. I think that would have to be the most freakish goals in one game I've ever seen.
