Thanks for the best wishes, I'd like to say that we're out there doing it for Victoria, but I don't think that's the truth. We just need to win a premiership or two or three or more... to capitalise on our current good team and to make up for the disappointments of our past.

Good to see that the Bombers have hit some form as well, with close matches, then a draw, then a convincing win over Brisbane (who were in the process of making a late run for finals contention). Not too shabby for you guys - and augers well for next season with a full list.

my worst nightmare has come back... all my mates said st.kilda were past it and were no chance for the flag (which i enjoyed bcoz i feel then there is no pressure for our boyz to perform and i can secretly know that we are still a chance) and now they are all back on saying we are a good tip for the flag, but whenever ppl suspect us to win the flag ala the last 2 years we havent... i'd really like our boyz to go into the finals as real outsiders this year and do it under no hype at all, although technically beatin adelaide last year set us up beautifully i knew deep down that it mite blow our heads up a bit too much... which it did

StKilda has decided to fight the case against Bakes. GT confirmed this in an interview on 3AW around 6.30pm. He said he didn't know how much he was allowed to say about the case except that we would be contesting it !!
