Any of the fellow Richmond supporters remember the good old days heading into the year 2000 when Richmond had actually a choice of where to place their forward line, I mean we had Richo of course, then we also had the choice of Brad Ottens, Ben Holland and even Greg Stafford. We had the option of big forward line players.

Nowadays, we have... Richo. With our "grand trades" Simmonds and Polak being either used in the ruck or backline. Even in the backline, who have we got really experienced down there. J.Bowden? Yes, but he can't do it by himself. But I am impressed with the way Jake King is doing.

I think we really need to think about this draft/trade season. With Richmond missing out on Franklin and Roughead in previous years... we need it.

Thats my rant.
