To be fair @Dinsdale… Gil's reign has been like eating a sandwich but if one of the former Geelong knit wits take over from him then it will be like eating a sandwich with extra relish. Things can always be worse than what they are but luckily the bar is pretty low so who knows.

They'd make some difference, yes.

Goyder still very much an unknown quantity at this stage. Also, remember he isn't a football person like Evans or Fitzpatrick, he'd have to defer a lot more to a guy like Gale.
