Mooroopna have managed it with Johnston x2, Bella, E Hunt, Drummond and Mackie so it can be done. The key is probably finding one or two that suit the list. It also helps if they’re mates and can travel together when they’re not playing vfl.Be interesting to see how it goes then. getting Melbourne based VFL players to make a country club their home team would be no mean feat
Awesome new for the Cats! Ex-AFL guys bring wealth of knowledge and class to their outfit.I see Drummond has been given the all clear now to play as a 1 point player for Mooroopna.
Pretty sure he is not with the Dogs anymore.Awesome new for the Cats! Ex-AFL guys bring wealth of knowledge and class to their outfit.
Do we know if he is splitting his time with Footscray? Or is he now full time with the Cats?
Still with the Dogs but keeps breaking down so Mooroopna may get him qualified.Pretty sure he is not with the Dogs anymore.
Interesting, hopefully he can get himself up and running without any injuries. Cats look even stronger with him in their side thats for sure.Still with the Dogs but keeps breaking down so Mooroopna may get him qualified.
What is puzzling about the Drummond points issue is the lengthy process taken to get what would appear to be the obvious, inevitable outcome. Do we not live n a world where we you can just pick up phone and sort it out rather than wasting hours of volunteer time. There is an argument to say this should have been sorted when drummond agreed to have Mooroopna as his second club back when he signed, but why wouldnt the league want the positive of a gun player coming home and playing. To think you’ve got to wait a week before a committee gets together once a week to consider a points issue out seems very bureaucratic and time consuming.
It typifies how the league approaches most issues. Maybe it’s why drum and Lamont told the gv to shove the interleague coaching job.
Recruited heavy and paying big coin for some big recruits to be sitting last.... That always hurts!Football in Shepparton is on struggle street, Only five wins between three sides. United seem to be in a world of pain. Not sure how it gets turned around.
What were united supposed to do, at least they've been far more competitive this year, and they get to see the training and game preparation of an a grader, which boosts their development
I think if it's your home game that coming weekend you get to train on Deakin. On the Deakin sides, how do they share the oval training wise ?

United trained at the Showgrounds a couple years back but I'm unsure if that's still the case.Where do they train otherwise?
