Its really is a shambles. How can clubs fit one and sometimes 2 players under the so called cap at 40K. These clubs affect those who are doing the right thing. Sooner or later those clubs that don't cheat the cap will realise their days of contending are over and done with! Surely those who mmitor this can clearly see what is going on. One offer was 70K. For Christs sake do something about it or get rid of it altogether. Laughable!

Salary cap cheats hiding in plain site and not one thing is done about it. The exception being a couple of clubs like Wangaratta.
