I've seen a number of people suggest that they would try and manufacture their own children overboard, but most thought the dogwhistle would be about the boats.

Instead they have used Trump/Wentworth bye-election as a platform to go full America on the Israel situation and stir up a massive diplomatic shitstorm. One that could have very long term consequences and also trade and security ramifications.
