This guy 25 years old 194cm 94kg, can play as a key forward deep or as a lead up type. He is a good kick both long & accurate & a strong mark.

Remember he was pick 4 in 2001 draft, so he has a stack of ability. I have always rated him highly...

We could alot worse than pick him up with pick 50. He will play for minimum wage so we could afford to off load Newton & pay him out & pretty well break even financially, yet pick up a much better player who can also play in defence if required...

We are trying to bulid a premiership 22. No room for blokes that have been in the system for years and can't even retain their spot on Richmond's list of 38.

Doesn't have the athleticism to hold down a key defensive post and we have enough quality there. If we were pushing for a flag I'd put him on our list similar to Zac Dawson but as a forward - to cover for someone because despite his kicking not being great he can take a mark. But it's not at the right time, so no.

Richmond will rookie him and that is the right thing for him. I hope he can make it back to play some good footy.

Richmond de-listed him with the intention of retaining him as a mature-age rookie, & I doubt any other club will try & steal him.

He will be going into the Rookie draft so nobody will be taking him in the national draft. The idea is for Richmond to pick him up as a mature aged rookie. He is a bit of a unknown quantity regarding him coming back from injury. I would say that it is more likely that he won't make it then it is for him to become a good player. I would be happy for Richmond to have him as a mature aged rookie.
