I'd include Jamison and Austin in your list. ;) :thumbsu:

Not so sure Anderson will make it.
Wooops,

So in 2006 we recruited
- A future captain and star of the competition for the next 12 years- Gibbs
- A geniune star and full back for the next 10 years - Jamison
- A genuine X factor on baller/ goal kicking forward with speed and mongrel - Grigg
- A ruckman with potential to no end, needs game time though - Hampson
- A potential CHB, with pace and mongrel for the next 12 years - Steve Austin

Hmmm, who said that Hughes wasnt doing his job???

I like this guy because he has the potential to play anywhere. I have no idea where he will end up playing. HB HF RR. Looks liek a great pick up. Pfft and people where saying we should have got Jetta

I like Grigg in the forward line rather than down back. I see him as a forward who can go midfield. When he was drafted he was described by Pagan as having 'polish and class'. Agree with that but did not agree with him as a backman. Pagan seemed to favour playing forwards/midfielders down back eg Gibbs, Russel, Grigg (and dare I say even Fev)

Apart from the obvious skill - I was also impressed with his pace.

And what an obvious mistake that was. Clearly Gibbs learnt nothing about being a KPP defender last year.

IMO Grigg will become our Kennelly/Shaw/Wojcinski type, able to defend, but then run and carry, and occassionally sneak forward for a couple of goals.

Its comes back to belief, self-confidence and the inner confidence that not only do you deserve your spot in the senior team but you are up to AFL standard. His confidence is growing game by game and one of the tell-tale signs is that he is starting to kick the ball rather than handball off to a more experienced player which sometimes isn't always the best option.

If anyone has seen some of his TAC cup highlights will not be surprised by this effort as he was a goal kicking HFF / RR for the Ballarat Rebels.

Keep up the good work Grigga!
