Absolutely love the talk from Connor and Ken post game.

We were apparently very happy with what weve seen all preseason, and happy with what we saw against the Saints.

What the actual ****. It's training, it means zero, and the game against the Saints was terrible. Our skills and ball movement was exactly like what we saw today.

They dont have a critical bone in their bodies, too God damn happy with themselves and reluctant to tackle any negativity.

They all need a dose of harden the **** up.

To be fair its a huge competitive advantage, and absolutely ridiculous the AFL had us play someone that'd already played. Should never have happened.

It derailed the Adelaide Crows season last year when they unexpectedly dropped round one to the SUNS. No one will convince me that round zero is anything other than a complete farce and season integrity issue.

The league DOES NOT CARE because its primary interests are looked after - big Victorian and the expansion market clubs.

Funny you mention the last game at the same ground and same opponent, as Port faced a fixture integrity issue on that occasion too, but in reverse.

On that occasion Coll were fresh off a mid season bye whilst Port were limping towards one. The result and nature of the loss last season was not a surprise, nor was that of tonight.

Club needs an external review. This won't happen though under the current regime.

List you have had over the years should have done more. From someone outside of the club it’s clear Koch should be the first to walk as well as many others. Last time i checked it’s a performance based after all.

How the f*** did Port think using Wines as a ruck was gonna go well? The midfield got absolutely smashed which correlated to a non-existing forward line and the backline was undersized and got EXPOSED BADLY. Port looked uninterested, unfit to match up with Collingwood who by the way was coming off a 6 day break, got flogged by GWS and labelled slow and old.

How can they just say "it was disappointing and we'll move on quickly to next week"? HELLO, ALARM BELLS ARE RINGING because you don't lose by 91 points just like that. Honest and tough questions have to be asked. Having said that, they won't bother asking the tough questions themselves since they are so fragile to accept criticism of their awful performance.

He leads by example. The team plays like him. You may not like his paradigm, but that’s another issue.

You cant fake it, when a player knows there times up the hunger and desire goes, same with coaches, players will see thru the pretence and effort will fall away. Only one game down but will we know if the bubble has burst withn weeks.
