Encountered a few Essendon cheer squad nuffies on the train once. They were encouraging one of them to get an advance on their Centrelink payment to pay for their AFLW membership. Walked off chuckling to myself about the nuffies spending their dole on AFLW.

Actually got talking to them a year later during one of the all too frequent train interruptions when we were all waiting for replacement buses at Ringwood. Still absolute nuffies, but turned out to be really lovely and nice people.

I think it's just cheer squads in general, but I also got a reminder to not be a stupid judgemental prick.

Cheer squads for most part are a cliquey type of group even for the Swans fans. Would prefer to sit in the outer
