Gruntapova is a stuck-up arrogant biatch

It really stuck me how arrogant she was in yesterdays on-court interview with Jim Courier. While some might say that she is just responding to Courier's needling, it's quite obvious that she's quite snobby and would be an absolute bitch in rl

There's no doubting that you have to have a healthy degree of self-confidence and arrogance to succeed in elite sport, but lets just say that if she was my sister or daughter, i wouldn't be feeling very good

Her comment about "well he doesn't have red hair" was totally gold. Shows she aint gunna be intimidated by Courier, he loves to be the showman out there, she's got quick wit, fantastic. Was a great moment.

Agreed, Thunderstruck. She may well be an arrogant bitch, but that interview wasn't an example of it. Courier was taking the piss and she was just subtley dissing him back in an almost joking way. Much prefer to see that in an interview than these shy introverted players who just rattle off a series of cliches.

I Agree with the thread poster, i heard on sports 927 with a popular tennis expert, that she doesnt hang around with any of the other players on the tour and none of the other players will warm up with her.

BTW, i cant stand her or her grunting.
