Guernsey Presentation Dinner - Update!

🥰 Love BigFooty? Join now for free.

Hi contributors

I need to RSVP for the Guernsey Club Presentation Dinner and we have two tickets available to contributors.

Let me know if you can or can't go and we will do a draw for the lucky attendees.

Details:

17th March
Crown Palladium A
6.30pm for 7pm start

The winners will just gain free entry, dinner and whatever refreshments are on offer this year. No other goodies will be handed out at the dinner.

There will be a recognition plaque given out to the sponsors as part of a photo opportunity with the big Kreuze, so I will get one of the attendees to collect that on our behalf and I will pay to have it posted to me, if that is okay with everyone.

I will want to get back to the club in the next couple of days with names so make sure you state your interest.

Re: Kreuzer sponsor Guernsey Presentation Dinner

Are you a Kreuzer sponsor? (I'm not being a smartarse, I haven't checked the account in a week or so).

Re: Kreuzer sponsor Guernsey Presentation Dinner

Will there be an opportunity to purchase an additional ticket each for the winners?

Re: Kreuzer sponsor Guernsey Presentation Dinner

I preferred you without last year...
Everyone does, but you don't want to intimidate the players again. We're trying to build up their confidence.

Re: Kreuzer sponsor Guernsey Presentation Dinner

I'll pass ODN, bit far for me to drive....Enjoy the night whoever earns the guernsey

I thought your better half said your weren't to be doing the business anymore ;)

Re: Kreuzer sponsor Guernsey Presentation Dinner

Doinitwrong :( Have now noticed the 'badges' that dominate this thread!

What's the go with sponsorship??
What contributions are expected??

People can pay whatever they want. $20 earns you an entry into any tickets and an additional entry per $20 thereafter.

BigFooty were offering a years BF subscription for any contribution over $20 but that was raised this year to $50 mid fundraising (we got in very early with our fundraising this year) so not sure where that stands for the remainder of the 2010 collection.

The club get the money, we get credited on lockers, magazines etc. We have already paid for it and the remainder goes to Starlight Foundation by way of club memberships to give out to clients.

I PM bank details and contributors put their money in to an account I use just for this, and I pay the club from that account.

she does not care what business I do as long as she sees the cash (which she is not at the moment so is grumpy)

Re: Kreuzer sponsor Guernsey Presentation Dinner

Chuck me in the draw!

Re: Kreuzer sponsor Guernsey Presentation Dinner

By the way ODN, this thread reminded me about the contribution, it's not the reason I wanted to contribute, I don't expect to be counted in the draw.

Re: Kreuzer sponsor Guernsey Presentation Dinner

If your money is there, you can be counted if you want to. It's supposed to be a kind of incentive.

Re: Kreuzer sponsor Guernsey Presentation Dinner

love to be counted in draw. Good excuse for a night out away from the kids, bless them, love them dearly and looking after them as stay home dad is great, just makes you appreciate the little things. (Like a night out)

Have fun, to those who get drawn!!

Cheers

Nah ... wouldn't be fair on the others. I'll sit this one out, but make sure I'm in early for next year! I never win bloody raffles anyway :)
