It's hard to say without working in there.
We've had two crap years, but it's not his fault he walked into injury central with a list with terrible depth.
Carey is a big wrap for him, and reckons he'll be our next coach. Dunno why he'd mouth off about that, as if true, it'll lure tyre kickers from the clubs with crap coaches!
He's a pretty intelligent bloke who handles the media OK. He came over with mixed coaching reviews. Can only hope he's learning lots and contributing even more!
