Any people on here regular gym goers or do regular exercise? Be cool to see if many others here are much into it.

For me personally I started going to the gym regularly about 2 months ago and I love it. I'm 6'0 and I weighed 79kg when I started and am up to around 83kg now. I usually workout 4 times a week

Monday- Upper Body
Tuesday- Crossfit (through school)
Wednesday- Lower Body
Friday- Full Body

I'm in the best shape and best look of my life after years as one of the chubbiest ****s in school.

There is a whole board on this FYI - https://www.bigfooty.com/forum/forums/health-fitness-training-and-nutrition.236/

I go to the gym maybe 3 times a week (sometimes more, sometimes less depends) usual stuff cardio & weights & abs.

Recently been trying to mix it up a bit with swimming (my absolute fave) and got a PT sesh next week, my first ever.

Also horse riding. Fmd that is a good workout if you can believe it- legs and abs probably better than the gym.

That's all well and good, but how much money have you spent on Lorna Jane apparel in the last 5 years?

Try to go a few times a week but not to the point of each day being dedicated to a certain muscle group or part of the body. I went on Monday but am busy this week and probably won't go again until the weekend. I'm not training for Mr Olympia so who cares. Going to the gym once or twice a week and doing some social sport is probably still top 10 or 20% territory for people 30+ which is pretty scary.

waste of money, to be frank

push ups + running + shadow boxing on the balcony so the neighbours can see = all the exercise you need.

also eating clean. It seems like basically everyone I know who gyms will go put in a good workout at the gym then hit the drive thru for dinner on the way home.

My routine.
Mon - Nothing, which I continue throughout the rest of the week. Still wear a thirty waist.
