Considering CC has said that he is tryong to fill the team with West Aussies and those three guns are from our F/S aligned clubs I cannot see them going asnywhere apart from onto the Veterans list in the future.

Mcpharlin when able to play a full season (very unlucky this season) will surpass Cornes as that best half back of the competition.
Polak many forget is still a teenager, needs time to develop, the amount of raw talent he has is huge.
He can be taught to kick and stay in the game, players cannot be taught his courage (take not McDougal), nor can they be taught how to fly at the ball like he can.
Haddrill was taken for nothing and is now a top 5 defender in the competition, uncomprimising without being flashy, I seriously doubt we would trade him either.
Lets not forget we still have mundy coming up through the ranks.

FB options- Polak makes a great CHB but appears to struggle at FB. Thorton is too light. Hall, Lynch, Lloyd would tear him apart regularly. Parker is undersized for the position and has at best 2 years left.

Hadrills performance on Hall was easily BOG in my opinion and having someone like that is essential. Geelong would never trade Harley. Not because hes a great KPP prospect but because he gets the job done.

Freo needs to stop looking at our individuals and their 'talent' and reputation and start looking at our team balance and who gets the job done. Robbie does that and trading him would be a mistake.

How highly do you Fremantle supporters rate Josh Carr?

As a port supporter i absolutely love the way he plays, all port supporters do. He has a fantastic attitude and is a positive influence on the whole side. He has probably been the biggest influence in ports dominance over the crows, we have never lost a showdown that Josh has played (8).
The point im making is that there isnt anyone that you would be willing to offer that would make port want to trade him away. Obviously you wouldnt trade pavlich and i would think that port would be reluctant to trade unless a Polak or Schammer was offered. Remember that if no deal is struck he wil end up staying at Port because he wouldnt go into the psd and end up in melbourne.
