Apparently reported on SEN is that Mcintosh will leave the Kangaroos if the right deal is made. Instead of going for a spud like Seaby lets make a play for him, he has already proven he is a quality ruckman. Also rumoured was Richmond's interest in Lachlan Hanson so maybe we can strike a deal for both players such as Pick 8 and 26 + fringe player (Polo?? Casserly??) for Hanson and Mcintosh?

we dont have either of those picks but. id prefere if we made a play for anyone it would be hanson.but would cost to much and might stop rance from devolping and getting a game for us

We need a ruckman and key forward more than anything else, and these 2 are quality. We give up what we have surplus in. North would probably want pick 8 somehow though.

Dont disagree that these are elite young talents, but if it is true that they want to leave the price will be lower then you hope.

The same as there have always been rumblings Marc Murphy wants to play for us. The 'supported them as a kid' reasoning is the biggest raff in football. Hansen will stay at North for ten years, comfortably, and be worth far more than a first and a second rounder in a few seasons.

But no club would take the risk he would be worth that in a few years like the Kangas believe,more than picks 6 and 24, which is why he will be going no where but Arden street pre-season training in a few weeks.

Yes, because he's on your list and you see the potential of what he'll become. Other clubs wont be so kind about trading on potential.

I know Hansen is a very talented player. Would love him at my club. I do personally believe there is an outside chance he will come to the tigers from what i have heard.

As to murphy from what i understand, had judd not become a blue. Murph could have very well been playing for you last year.
