I listened to the entire press conference and Craig has been taken out of context there. The media kept pressing over and over about how perhaps it was because the players were mentally deflated after the big Geelong win, and after beating it back a couple of times Craig then went on to talk about how it was a good learning experience for the young guys who'd never been involved in that sort of match before. He was clearly not interested in it and only discussed it after being asked several times. At one point he even said he wanted to talk about Port and how good they were instead of focusing on last week's match, and they still kept asking about Geelong.

As usual though, the media just write the story they wanted to write anyway. Craig didn't give them the response they wanted? Never mind, they'll just take a quote out of context Tabloid journalism strikes another blow.
