nup, think Bennet made a mistake there, going back over short course, 64 first half, 57.5 run home trying to sprint home 3 and 4 wide. Ian Wilson runner home. 3/4 races leader dominated.
Next.... here's a horse i liked alot. Strong Sapphire.... this horse has a brilliant turn of foot BUT it's lost all form BUT drawn pole tonight, mmmm value maybe.
i want to find the race i was really impressed by its turn of foot.... have to look way back in its form, i remember it ran second...

outsprinted Starryart badly that day even though the lattter horse beat it home when its run wilted... ran third actually.
21.00
might be worth something e/w
A horse i'm very excited about going around in the next in Menangle by the name of Waldenburg. All his runs have been first rate.
Its in at Melton tonight (R4) in a very tough B Crown semi.
Remember punters they they only need a top 5 finish to qualify so dont be surprised if theres a few quiet drives
seth
Don't mind Rhodium Castle tonight, can see it getting a cheap run for Lang.
Race 1 - nup
Race 2 - nup
Race 3 - nup BUT Luke should spin and burn this field and lead on Lady Euthenia and being a heat, unlikely they will hold him out (as if they could anyway)
Race 4 - Flying Pocketlands
Ran time off the track as did Led Suitcase opposed to Lilac Stride only pegging it. Led Suitcase hands up so this looks a gimme to the Gav.
Race 5 - Arctic Fire
Drawn this from the pole. No gimme though, one drawn directly behind (convenient draws don't you think?) Art Shadow can cause the upset. Looking at early market and tips i think Art Shadow good place bet here. Might get 2.00 or more and thats a far better bet then a 60/40 if he can hold him off in the straight.
Race 6 - David Hercules
Looking at Master Joy, David Hercules and Bachelor Lombo
Guess group one Gav wouldn't let Bachelor Lombo over so David for the win but early markets suggest the w***ers are out in force. Second to Smoken Up so 1.20! ugh..... really wish Bachelor Lombo outdrew him.
Race 7 - Composed
last run says good enough clearly but needs to find open running
Race 8 - Lanercost
The horse that will crush yes CRUSH Sushi Sushi next season on show in the massacre at Melton
best - Lanercost - Vic public make sure he starts overs![]()
well i couldn't have any of these winners and the favourites are not winning either. I wasn't helped by the fail drive. Not good enough to spear out, be pushed back to last and make a run again. Cameron even look at the form of the race? Bennets not handing up because Ponsombly would of speared Always Bad out if that was the case.
Albion Park
Battle for the lead. Nothing can sprint and a few of em can work in good time. Miketee outdrawn them, should try lead. Driver holds me back from really liking it.
Maybe the best way to sum up punting is, whoever has the most information!
Aint dis danger mouse; whos this terror time guy?????
