How do people feel about the humble beanie?

I'll raise you what I call the Capeani. It's like a beanie with a peak so gets the sun out of your eyes and warms the head and ears at the same time.

I wear a hat/beanie every day of the year and no longer have to put the beanie over my golf hat.

I purchased a hat on Thursday. I made the decision as it is currently summer and the UV index is generally quite high at this time of year and the saleswoman ensured that a hat would provide much needed shade wherever I go thereby protecting me from the sun
