I believe you can request consideration for an adjustment as a one off once. I got them a few years back to skip over a single missing year from the 90s while I was a kid, but they made it clear this was the only time they would ever do this for me. Not sure they'd cover a bigger gap.

I am still keeping a 3game membership despite getting a MCC provisional in recent years.

What is the benefit of having consecutive years membership recognition other than maybe a pin or a scarf? To me membership is a ticket to the games and as I have been rarely able to attend games some years due to work, family or being overseas I don't buy a membership unless I know I will be able to attend X number of games.

It does support the club hence you have the loyalty thing of 10 years continuous, 20 etc

It shows you have stuck fat, through the good and bad times

I have been a supporter for almost 60 years (peter hudson was my motivation to support the hawks). I have been an interstate member for probably 35 years and the last 26 consecutively.

I average one game live per year but love my contribution. Having been a passionate hawk when we won the 71 premiership, I reckon I have been well repaid for my money over the years.

Quick question. I'm sure others have asked the same thing.

I recently noticed grand final 'first allocation status' for some memberships. I am a Kennedy Club member, which has 'Guaranteed access to purchase a Toyota AFL Grand Final ticket should Hawthorn compete'.

What is first allocation status? What's the difference between first allocation status vs non first allocation status?
Does Kennedy Club members still guaranteed grand final tickets if Hawthorn plays? or is marketing bullshit?

If you want one, you'll get one.

Hey all, if you can point me in the right direction.

Reserved gold member if club members are exhausted on ticketek for Monday's game.
The general admin is also sold out. Do i have any options?

Could i arrive early with the membership. Previously scanned into the nominated away games. (In less demand)

That's awesome.

Beats the record set last year by... 78.
So far. I think they still count memberships purchased up until the end of July. Someone here will know.

Last year we hit 80,000 in the second week of July so good chance of hitting 90,000 this year…

You'd hope we would do better than adding just 87 members given we started last year as a bottom club and then ended the year as probably the most exciting team to watch, only missing a prelim by a kick. We were widely touted as a top four prospect heading into this year and while we mightn't have started the year in blazing form, we haven't damaged our chances of a high finish either. You'd hope all that would equate to more than 87 members!

Membership is pretty meaningless these days. I mean, the Hawks added 4,000 members between mid-July and September last year - after it played most of its MCG games early in the season.

Given this I’m quietly confident we can and will hit 90,000. The challenge is to go from 90,000 to 100,000 though and join the other big clubs. That will be tough and will probably require another premiership.

Hey everyone, happy new year to all. Just have a question about my membership that i hope someone may be able to answer for me.

This year will be my 20th as a hawks member. As i live in qld i decided 3 or 4 years ago to downgrade to a basic pack with no game access, they just don't play up here enough to justify paying more for a ticket to something that i have barely used in 20 years.

Anyway my question is as a 20 year member, will i receive anything extra regarding the milestone? I'm not expecting free merchandise but thought i might have got a letter, email or something?
I'm not meaning to sound ungrateful, i'm not. I just thought there may have been recognition for 20 years membership or does my downgraded basic membership package change that?
Update: I received my 20 year member certificate in the mail today. Stoked. Thanks to everyone who replied to my intial question. Go Hawks

Going to upgrade to a MCC Hawk membership next year instead of separate HFC direct & MCC memberships. Anyone see any difference or pitfall in doing this vis-a-vis just getting the equivalent category HFC direct membership (I guess it's a silver one?)

Can anyone help with tickets this week.

i have been looking on the afl site. Appears to be no options or restricted view starting from $90 from last week.

Is G.A sold out ? Do away members get any access?

I think it is a great result, given the state of the economy and our current suburban member zones. It’s tough out there in “getting by $$$$ land” and I greatly thank the members who are staying tough and fronting up to games. Go you good things. 👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏
