Troy has played at many many clubs in recent years. Not sure what has occurred to have him leave Leitchy as he has followed Shaddy to a couple of clubs in recent years. He would have a connection to Lincoln Withers at Pyramid Hill tho was the would have played a heap of footy either together or against each other up north.

I wonder what position they have recruited him to play. Pyramid Hill don't really need any more forwards

Was not happy with the money he was getting, believed because LG had got other recruits in this year on more money he was entitled to more, also heard very disruptive and didn't mind voicing his displeasure on the above.

I know the powers closed it down years ago but for the size of towns and locations would all be better off than RDFl, KDFL and YDMFL and competing against similar levels in football at present. I might patent the plan and sell it back to the VCFL..................

Was suprised at the selection of a few but also the absense of plenty of stars of the Comp. Think the HDFL is a stronger Comp but not that much stronger these days. Retiredtoolong would the Loddon Valley possibly be a better fit for the Elmore Football Club these days?

e the Lv and half could merge into 1league similar to the central highlands

Tips this weekend lads?
I will go with Leitchville-Gunbower to roll North Bendigo by 11 points.
White Hills to beat Elmore by 6 goals. The Bloods were competitive against Huntly.
LBU to beat Huntly 17 points. Should be a good game and one Huntly really cant afford to lose if they want to keep top 3 chances alive.
Colbo to beat Heathcote by 40 points. Heathcote are struggling bad atm.

Agreed. Bring back Tatong, add Swanpool & Goorambat to the mix & geographically speaking, you have a good mix (& vastly spread).

I came up to a couple of their finals a couple of years back as I had kept in touch with Locky a bit even after we left the comp. Your mob are sneaking along ok too, now our rep stuff is finished down here I will get up to a game soon and say hi

Yes mate they can they were very impressive with Hayden Wright back who killed us they are a big threat there run and carry was very good.

Hills vs LBU will be a ripper this week. Wardey got going Saty and could be the start of things to come and all reports say that Hayden Wright has made a huge difference coming back from Kyneton. LBU by 5pts.
Huntly and Leitchy both are fighting to try and get a spot in the 5. Huntly did pretty well pushing Locky last week and should be confident at home. Huntly by 1 point.
North and Mounts is another interesting game but North are flying at the moment. North by 30 points.
Colbo look set to beat Elmore by 10 goals or so.

Your talking 5 or 6 years ago and as a key defender had a lean stint in the North Central and time off since then. Surprised they would go down that line.

Played 2 or 3 games of reserves footy at rushy last year...so hopefully north get a bit more out of him than we did coz he showed in the last game he played, took some great grabs and he'd got some touch and fitness back, that he could play a bit

If you didnt notice someone asked previously how lbu's preseason went against cohuna. i dont have anything to do with lbu I am a member at echuca in the gv... And tbh locky is probably one of the best sides in country victoria outside of gv and ovens and murray.

LBU 6 and 2!!!! Are they still one of the best sides in country vic outside O and m and gv?? If they are the HDFL must have improved out of sight. Does'nt pay to make big calls on practice match form!!
