Undertaker do you want them to make the rules public knowledge?
No I do not believe they have to make the rules public. The important thing is that the players know and understand the rules and what the consequence will be for non compliance.
I know there are a lot of opposition supporters out there who would love to have the rules made public so they can play their favoutite game of Dob In Docker ;)

Clause 1.2: It's all sweet so long as the media doesn't get a hold of it.

Yep but in Solly's defence who would of thought 2 high profile footballers in Melb would of been spotted?

To quote a rugby commentator here last week - I don't think this guy is ever going to be a rocket surgeon.

Make no bones about it, had McVeigh not been suspended, Solly wouldn't have been either.

How else can you explain the inconsistency with which this rule has been applied?

Do you have a link to the Grover thing?

Is it 100% true or thought to be true?

Do you have first hand knowledge of "the Grover conspiracy" Chops or did you hear about it from Gentleman Jeff over lunch?

Sorry Chops. You're right, it was on here. So it must be true then.
Anyone that goes out often enough will see our players in various states of disrepair.

Apparently one was yacking his guts up in the Capitol toilets a couple of weeks back, when I was in there. Didn't hear who, didn't want to know.

Moo;14967444Basically I'd give my left one to get paid to train and play ...there are no tears from me.[/QUOTE said:
I bet the players were like that as well starting up, after a few years you would probably want a night out as well.

Say what you want about Black, on this occasion he is right.

Solly didn't get up to any trouble, no fights, no drunken idiocy, no staying up too late on game day, no missing training.

It's over the top jackbooting by the club and the "leadership group". The latter is like prefects in a private school. It's gone too far.

He got permission to stay in Melb with conditions - he broke those conditions.

FFS it is not that hard to understand?

Clint he was not handing out possies of flowers to orphans of crime ...he was drinking and out past the curfew he agreed to.

That analogy puts whole new light on how I'll see leadership groups. Young men play sport very very good. Giving responsibility to any male under 25 is a dangerous gamble.
We will know the truth of the intent when contracts are handed out later this year.

Spiderman was under 25 and he handled the responsibility pretty well.

What was it his grandparents told him again? 'with great power comes great responsibility'

Basically what i'm saying is that we should be more like spiderman:thumbsu:

Swinging from building to building and shagging Kirsten Dunst?

Seeing as Dean is my buddy, I suppose I should weigh into the argument. I am kinda stuck because I want to support him as he is my buddy, but frankly I think he screwed up.

There are team rules, but rules are meant to be broken
