Have read on another website forum that Heath has been elevated onto the Senior List, if this correct this is great news.

If this is true I would be disappointed. I've seen both Heaths games in the past few weeks and have been extremely impressed. More than any Rookie I have seen since Rioli.
However, he has played 100 minutes for the Bombers and I thnk it would be a little rash to promote him on just 100 minutes of footy. Ben Jolly whom put in a very solid year with the Bendigo Bombers and possibly unlucky not to have been promoted throughout the season whould feel extremely let down if at the present time if the coaching staff thought he hadn't earnt his promotion before anyone else.

I'd say they'd wait until Rama has had some more tests. Who knows how long (or short) a time he'll be on the sidelines.

Anyway, they'd at least wait until after the NAB cup, where they could play the rookies and see who steps up.

Another contributor on the "Other" website forum said that Hocko's mum Sue knew nothing about it. If it were true, surely there would be something about it on Essendons official website. Cant see anything.

Yes I spoke to Evan (his brother) tonight at training and he was also unaware of the promotion so it looks like the rumour was incorrect

dont no bout anyone else but i think jolley seems to slow for afl and even tho ive only seen a little of hocking would prefer him to jolley,but hopefully jolley can prove me wrong and make it,but guess wel no more in the coming weeks.

It's just another thread where someone is jumping the gun. The decision to replace Rama on the list will be taken only after the candidates have played in a minimum of 4 - 6 matches for Bendigo. They NEVER rush into a decision.
