I am huge AFL fan, having been converted to the great game from Rugby Union years ago. I am from Sydney but was too late to jump on the Swans band wagon so found myself supporting GWS! While it is tough going now, with all the cap room available and the Draft picks GWS will inevitably catch up to the competition sooner or later (all I want is to get off the bottom spot on the ladder!!).
I am a big punter and I have a background in maths and statistics. I have spent the last few years building an AFL database and developing a predictive model to help me in my AFL betting. It was quite successful over the period 2010-2012 so I decided to make it public this year and now post my tips and analysis on my website which is devoted to AFL sports betting (www.thepuntingpros.com). I hope to share my views with everyone here and also to pick up some tips from all the members on board here to help me improve!
Apart from this I have also started playing AFL Supercoach this year which seems to take up all of my free time! I like the team I have now but I am now suffering a little from burning too many trades early. It has been a good learning experience for next year at the very least.
