I have received a troubleshooting idea that takes the cake. I cannot remember my password so my indian consultant suggests....

One that i created myself patsmith but i work in an industry that requires about 100 passwords with varying compliance criteria. Every now and then, i will lock myself out of something, usually a system i've not needed to use for a long time.

The point is that the troubleshooting used in this instance is utterly ridiculous.
