G'day guys,
A mate of mine recently purchased $500 worth of shares on the internet and was wondering why his bank account hasnt gone down?
He wanted to know if it changed once the price of his shares changed?
Hopefully this makes sense!

It usually takes 3 full working days until the trade is settled, which is when you lose the money.

tell ur mate next time he should invest over $1500 because by the time u pay the transaction fees...u need the shares to go up too much just to break even
