Help Needed - EFC Song

[Bombs Away]

Was curious as to where could find music notes for our club song. My daughter is learning to play the organ and cant find the music anywhere for her, I know the theme is called Sunnyside up and the only music notes I could find anywhere related to using a grand piano.

If anyone could help me with these or let me know where I can find them it would be appreciated. My daughter really wants to learn to play the song and I am encouraging another bomber to learn all the words.
