Help Regarding speed camera.

The other day i was travveling down a road i didnt know, and some guy behind me was flashing his highbeams, i kept driving but then i done a u turn, came back that way and there was an undercover cop with a speed gun (im pretty sure).
Does anybody know if i will get a fine or He wouldve chased me?

Only if you were speeding mate, you should be fine, they would've stopped you. The guy flashing highbeams wasn't a cop just a kind citizen warning the oncoming traffic, (heading toward the cop) that there were police there and to slow down, just a courtesy to the other drivers.

They would've seen you before you saw them, then they step in the middle of the road and wave you to pull over, or yeah they would chase you down and pull you over, if they were using the handheld gun, it doesn't take a photo so there would be no photographic evidence and wont be mailed. I think your ok mate.

Pretty much covered by dyl, but to clarify: if it was a cop with a speed-test gun, you are fine because he would have had to chase you in order to fine you, like dyl said.

It's the ones with the big camera's/flashes attached to the front of the car that stand out like dogs balls that can fine you and snap you without having to pull you over. I don't think police even operate those ones, from what I've heard they outsource/hire other people to operate them.
