Help with an ISO file...

I just downloaded a file off limewire and it's 160Mb but an ISO file...

Any way I can actually run it?

(It's obviously not an ISO file, I would've thought an exe/bat would be more likely).

I dont know but you could download ISO craxtion off http://www.xbox-scene.com and there is an ISO extraction option.

Well it's meant to be Microsoft Frontpage 2003.

It could actually be an iso file. IIRC frontpage isnt exactly a big program.
I suggest trying what Carmelo said first, if that doesnt work try changing the file name to a .exe and if that doesnt work make it .iso again and burn it.

i used my cd burning program which is veritas record now dx, but nero would have the same function.

look for the burn image to disk option
it should ask you to select the image to burn ( the iso file) then push the burn button.
