help with P2P

for the past few weeks my p2p software has been working dodgy. my limewire, soulseek and vuze take ages to connect have checked my anti virus and made these programs allowable to access data. checked the ports as well and all seem well (for vuze use a port 56676 so it should be fine). everything was working well before i just dont know why all of a sudden it takes ages for limewire to connect or downloads to barely connect even though theres over 1000 seeds for a new show.

is there something that is blocking me from transferring as normal, is my ISP cutting down on PSP? (iinet) or is it the fact i may need to format the computer. ive uninstalled the software and reinstalled and still has the same issues.

i think you might need to re-format it happens to me sometimes too only solution i found was a format

Don't reformat, that's overkill.

Screw P2P. Limewire and Kazaa became too annoying so now I just uTorrent everything.
