Help with XP!!

I was fricking around with my computer (stupidly of me yes) and i changed the apperance to 'best performance' mode or whatever, and now i cant find the thing to change it back!

Can anyone please tell me where to find it?

Open Control Panel
Open System
Click Advanced Tab
Click Settings under Performance and you are there.

system tools
system restore
