HELP! Xbox wont connect to wireless...

Hi all.

Quick query. My Xbox REFUSES to connect to my wireless internet and I have no idea why.

It has worked perfectly for as long as I can remember and all of a sudden has stopped. The Xbox has no troubles picking up my wireless network, but simply wont connect to it.

Ive tried the usual stuff, turning on and off, turning my modem on and off etc etc but nothing.

My laptop, girlfriends laptop, iPad, and iPhones all connect to the wireless no problem, like usual.

Xbos however, has simply stopped and im stumped.

Anybody have a suggestion?

First, try resetting your console's network settings. You can find steps at the top of this guide (support.xbox.com/.../error-cant-access-internet-problem-connection-978953). Don't worry about any other steps below that.

If you are still unable to connect, try a wired connection. Does the console connect OK? Finally, you can try connecting your console to a different network entirely to see if the same Wi-Fi connection issue occurs.

If it seems after all this that your console can simply no longer connect to wireless, your console may need a repair, which you can set up online. For now, try out these tests and post back with what you find out. Thanks!
