WW - i havent taken it personally and i welcome discussion on a topic dear to my heart
- i think you have misunderstood me - i still consider Skippy to be on my "delisting candidates" list (and Shirley,Doughty, Bodew, Schuback,Massie,etc) - the point i was trying to make was that he has at this stage of the season probably moved ahead of say Schuback and Bode because of his performances late last year and this year.
Shirley too has improved his status. Bode suffered an injury at a bad time for him and now will have to fight for a spot back in the side.
However the "delisting candidates" (and i have about 15 on the list - of course thats not to say we should delist 15) will change in order as the year goes on and then at the end of the year other factors as well as form will decide who goes (eg current contracts, balance of smalls/talls etc in the squad,etc)

i suspect my thoughts are pretty much in sync with yours actually ( i agree with your other comments)

perhaps on a more aptly named thread i can put my list of "delisting candidates"

Don't disagree with those thoughts, but I would suggest that after 22 rounds, in most years the delistings(contracts factored in) tend to be fairly obvious - last surprise I think was Crowell?
