To start this isnt a crack at your club...but just something i felt really freaky!!!!!


You might remember in one of our arguments in chat at the start of the year i said to you:

"So what if Port are 2nd on the ladder, and Freo are winless when we meet, and you win, does thta still mean you are better than us"

The funny thing is, Port is second on the ladder, and a chance to stay there at the end of this round, and Freo are winless, and will be that way when we meet in two weeks

How freaky is that!!!!!!!
I said that as just a hypothetical...i didnt actually think it would happen!!

No matter where Freo are on the ladder or what there win/loss ratio is, if Freo beat port it is my opinion that they are a better side.

Ahh if only it could happen, you have no idea how sweet that would be

And as you know, Sabre, the 3/4 time scenario is a dockers option. Eagles don't have your problems so don't need to protest.

That's funny - in the port adelaide home game just a few rounds ago, the game finished with less than 10,000 watching as everyone streamed out of the gorund - but I guess they werent protesting, they were just being spineless, the wet toast supporting way.

I was there mate, cheering the guys off at the end with over 90% of the crowd there at the end.

When there are 36,000 at a game traffic, parking, trains, buses problems are huge at Subi. With the 20,000 for a Freo match it is no problem.

So you can understand some people who need to get home from an Eagles match early leaving a few minutes early. Leave ten minutes before the end and get home an hour earlier than staying until the end. With Freo and 20,000 there is no problems that way at all.
