Getting the rain this time?

We've had a nice drop of rain here in Dookie in the last day or so.
It's just a shame the lightning knocked out the power last night and I didn't get to see Essendon lose.

We recieved around 2 1/2 inches of rain (54 millimetres) of rain this weekend, and that's not including the rain that was forcast for tonight, in Murchison down to Broadford, it was around the same (including the important catchment area of Lake Eildon), but north from Tatura, they got extensive storm damage, but in Katandra (Nth of Shepparton) they only got around 10 millimetres of rain.

Let's hope that the weather can remain pleasent for the next week of so (and not any frosts and dew, because they can stunt plant growth), and hope fully we can get some follow up rain to fully kick on our paddocks (even today, there was a fine cover of green which is a change I can tell you:D ).

It poured down last Sunday in Ballarat. Did you get the floods?
