Correct Scores

The scores in my last post were correct the 63.15 was scored against Ramco about 4 years ago in that game Jamie Murphy kicked 17 goals.
The second game about 9-10 years ago against Truro Robertstown kicked 61.27 and Neil Mosey kicked 24 goals on his way to kicking 156 goals for the season which is only 15 games long and does not include finals!
I hope these scores can be added. Robby has had a good start this year and are currently 6-0 with a good percentage.

Yep I'll add them ... are you sure you don't know the exact years?

I wonder if timelord might have these scores ... I can't remember how far back his SA scores go.

Your Ramco score is incorrect, Roo. I was waiting for some sort of guide, and thankfully I've been keeping the scores of the seniors throughout the period you referred to.

They met three times and this was the biggest result.

I looked through my 1993 records and couldn't find anything, but I still have to look at 1994.

I just checked my 1994 records - and no sign of it there either. So the Truro score wasn't in 1993 or 1994.......

HA! Found it! And this one was just one point out!

Lucky it wasn't earlier than that - 1992 was the furthest back I could go for the MMFA!

Sorry about the inacuracies but I knew that both scores were equal in total points. The placcard up in the clubrooms maybe wrong because it was done very quickley late at night after a game when everyone certainly had a couple amber fluids!

The most goals from a single player i've heard of is 23 (or 22) by a Craigieburn player vs Macedon in the early 80's. Doubt it would've been a huge scoreline however, as this bloke was a bit of a 1 man show that season. Craigieburn finished 5th, 8-10 (missed the 4 by 2 games I think) & this bloke needed 9 for the ton in the last game at home to Melton & am pretty sure he ended up 6 short (Never really on, i'm pretty sure they were premiers that season).

Dunolly's percentage was only about 9 or so before the weekend. Will have to grab the addy and check that and also the game recap.

Okay, it's dropped to 8.07. In the 2's the score were 175- 7, Serp win and the 3rd's 36-24, another Serp win.

High point of the match besides the score was Serp's full forward Greg Gadsden who was on 71 goals before the match kicked 29 goals to bring up the ton.
