2007:
Harry Taylor - couldn't be happier, filled the space of Egan quite well.

2006:
Joel Selwood - so far the best player of that draft so wouldn't swap him.

2005:
Travis Varcoe - forward line pressure makes us look even more dangerous. Only player that could push him would be Richard Douglas but we have enough midfielders.

2004:
No top 20 pick.

2003:
Kane Tenace - has been very disappointing. Played a few good games but disposal lets him down. Would have preferred Sam Fisher or Brent Stanton.

2002:
Andrew Mackie - his run off half back as been instrumental to us being the dominant team. Wouldn't change him.

You are kidding right?

You still won't take Buddy? :o:o:o

I'm a fan of Russell because he's a quality person and developing slowly, but Bate would have been a better selection.

I don't rate Monfries who is a fair weather player and a diving bitch like Lloyd.

Very happy with Walker, Murphy, Kennedy(got us Judd and can play), Bower, Gibbs, Hampson and Grigg.

I wouldn't change them for anyone.

2003

#10 - traded for T Croad (Happy)

#26 Matthew Little (Rubbish. See above)
#53 Simon Taylor (Improved but much prefer Egan)

2005

Nathan Lonie Hawthorn Port Adelaide Draft Pick #14 - BAHAHAHHAHHAHHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHA daylight robbery!

All of our picks have been perfect.

The only iffy one so far is James Frawley. He has been slow out of the blocks, but thats normal of a young key defender (unless his name is Colin Garland)

Now this made me chuckle, SP. :thumbsu:

I'm sure, given your time over, Luke Molan wouldn't be a name read out at ANY draft table.

To be fair Luke Molan was a solid key position player before injury cut him down.

But you're right, in the spirit of hindsight, as the thread says, another player probably should have been taken considering it was the super draft.

Now plays FF/CHF in the Spotswood senior side & is a premiership player.
