I hear ya fryingpan, I have a housemate who randomly play doof doof music LOUD late at night (4am, 5am) once every week or so. There'll be silence then suddenly you're woken by sh!t music and it's really annoying. Me or another housemate will knock on the door and he stops, but it seems a week later he forgets and does it again?
Also, he sometimes goes to work at like 7am and doesn't stop his alarm while he's getting ready. His alarm is an ambulance siren, and is so loud you can hear the phone vibrating on wood from the other side of the house. It also gets progressively louder the longer it goes. I have NO idea why he doesn't turn it off. By the time he ****ing turns it off, I'm already too alert and pissed off to enjoy the rest of my sleep (I usually get up around 9)
Last but not least, we have a 35gb limit between 4 people, we all download as little as possible, except him. So far, we've used 19/35 (he has used 11), and the month doesn't renew until the 1st of april. So it looks like it'll be snail's pace internet for half the month.
We will need to have a chat to him. We've been holding our tongues for a while but now that uni has started again I can't put up with being constantly disturbed. He's a nice guy when you talk to him but he must have a memory of a goldfish.
