I was watching in the Glenferrie pub on account of not having Foxtel, and didn't have volume. Looked like the kid did a hammy. Anyone know how bad it was, and any other injuries?

I just got in from the game and only now have found out that the Messiah is mortal! Poor kid - let him rest now with a run in the twos towards the end.

BTW, the Glenferrie has been ruined by the inclusion of pokies! Theyre too much of a lure!

Oh well, he's had a few games with the big boys. Now he can get his hammy right, get a full pre-season under his belt and be fit and raring to go next year.
obviously everyone rates this guy...but i still see him as our next henneman lol. after missing two years of footy he is completely lost on the field. watched 2 of his vfl games and his run in the afl and its pretty obvious he doesnt have (or has lost) the ability to time a lead.

Give the guy a little more than 4 games ffs

Didnt deserve a game on form in the first place. Needs to dominate at VFL level first.

But in saying that he looked better against Brisbane when he was played in defence and should be played in that position to gain confidence when he returns in the 2s.

Given that there are only 4 rounds remaining in the Bendigo season, I think we have probably seen the last of Courtney for 2005.

With the 12/10 rule and his form, I can't see him earning a game in Bendigo's first final.

But he's had a taste now, lets hope he takes another step forward next season.
