Comes from his mothers side. She is Anglo, his brother Chris, who I played against, is the same height.
Tony was only 163cms (according to wikipedia). Tom is 182cms.

I'm just curious because I'm a young footballer and my height is holding me back. I've got a short dad and a tall mum, so hopefully what happened to Tom happens to me![]()
One thing i've noticed with kids today, they will always be taller then there parents.. It's all the hormones in the chicken!!
