how do you eject a cd from a mac ?

Have now had my ibook for 3 years and have never had it crash or even freeze, so if you bought a Mac and it froze up in the first day you would take it back. What kind of idiot would just accept that as being the norm for a well respected company?

so the mac doesnt even have that emergency "pin" that u can use to manually eject the cd?

what if you have some important stuff in there and ur mac just dies (ie. the battery dies or something?)

you can't get the cd out without sending it into a service centre?

I have an old G4 Power Mac, it had a pin hole for emergency eject, not sure on the news ones, but I would imanine they still do, as they are standard CD/DVD Drives Apple use.
