How much "leeway" is given in Bay13?

F-U gets away with all of his trolls because of this "leeway", so I just wanted to ask how much "leeway" is actually given? Surely there is a limit.

Look at all of the threads that F-U has started, it is beyond ridiculous but he hasn't received a single infraction point for trolling. You give red cards to people for saying one swear word and the whole time he is allowed to get away with starting dozens of troll threads

How about a bit of consistency.

His threads are bringing in the posters, his lowest is 20 but his highest is 122.

No. Only mods and the individual user can see that user's infractions.

F-U's threads are often more annoying then "over the top" and he has been carded for any and all of his previous over the top threads. Swannies, you should put him on ignore if he's so annoying.
