sante basically covered it. To get to 4 penalty points you have to have missed selection 4 weeks. 3 is enough for the boot, if I have coaches. The consensus was that the best way to keep this game alive was to find 16 committed coaches. Considering you got 4 strikes, I picked your team (when you don't get a strike), and a couple of times you got in late with just an 'unchanged' including a few injuries and guns on the bench there's no way I can put you in that category.

As for red cards, perhaps you need to learn something from them. I'm sure plenty of mods would give you one for this thread, on another board I probably would. And with 5 already the next one should be permanent.
